Scheduling and the manual pull override keep working locally without internet. Voice control and remote access from outside your home network need connectivity.
What happens during power failure?
The track includes a manual pull cord, so curtains can still be opened or closed by hand until power is restored.
Can it work with Apple Home?
Yes, via a compatible Matter gateway. Direct Zigbee control needs a Kerr hub in the loop.
Can I operate it manually?
Yes — every unit ships with a manual override so the curtain can be moved by hand at any time.
What is the maximum curtain weight?
The EL 1.2N motor is rated for curtains up to 50 kg; heavier or wider tracks may need a higher-torque motor — talk to our team.
