A smart curtain is a building service, not an accessory. A short checklist before installation avoids rework later.
Provide the required power point near the motor location.
Where applicable, a minimum 2-pin EU socket is required.
Allow approximately 70 mm of track width clearance where applicable.
Custom systems vary. Final dimensions are confirmed against your track design and site conditions.

It is a quiet drive unit fitted to a curtain track that opens and closes the curtain on command from a remote, an app, a voice assistant or an automation, instead of by hand.
Yes. Local control through the supplied compatible remote does not depend on an internet connection. App, voice and cloud-based automation require the relevant network and ecosystem to be available.
A compatible remote is supplied with the applicable motor packages. Exact inclusions are confirmed on your quotation, since project and supply-only scopes differ.
It depends on the protocol. Zigbee systems need a compatible KERR gateway for app, voice and automation. Matter systems need a compatible Matter controller. KNX systems need the project bus infrastructure and, for app control, an IP interface.
Matter motors are designed to work with compatible Matter controllers, which include Apple Home. Your specific setup is confirmed against the controller you already use.
